About Trivium: Trivium is a top Amazon growth agency.
The Role: We’re looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email follow-ups.
- Find, qualify, and engage leads.
- Cold message prospects using pre-made scripts.
- Schedule and confirm sales calls.
- Follow up consistently on outbound and inbound leads.
- Conduct discovery conversations.
- Research prospective clients.
- Maintain and update CRM records daily.
- Collaborate with Sales Closers.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Plan and execute outreach strategies.
- Report performance metrics and insights.
- Stay updated on Trivium’s services.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience as an Appointment Setter.
- Excellent English communication skills (B2+ minimum).
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach.
- Experience using CRMs and lead tracking tools.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
