Job Details
As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the crucial first step in our client journey. You’ll handle warm, inbound leads, qualifying them and booking strategy sessions with Sales Consultants. Your role is about creating trust and excitement.
As an Aussie Appointment Setter, you’ll:
- Manage 100% inbound leads — no cold calling required.
- Qualify clients through discovery calls.
- Explain the benefits of working with a Buyer’s Agent.
- Book strategy sessions with our Sales Consultants.
- Maintain accurate records using Salesforce.
- Provide exceptional first impressions.
Required:
- A background in sales, retail, or customer service.
- An interest in the real-estate industry.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Confident handling objections.
- Self-motivated and driven to hit targets.
- Comfortable using CRM tools.
Preferred:
- Phone-based sales or customer service experience.
- Experience working with warm, inbound leads.
