This is an opportunity to join the Screening and Early Detection commercial team at Guardant Health as a field-based Associate Account Executive responsible for promoting cancer screening to healthcare providers.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and target healthcare providers for high utilization of SHIELD.
- Meet or exceed sales goals.
- Seek out strategic business expansion opportunities.
- Develop and implement a business plan.
- Identify and partner with national, regional, and local laboratories.
- Analyze competitive landscape and provide customer feedback.
- Manage implementation of promotional activities.
- Collaborate with sales team.
- Uphold company mission and values.
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in a customer-facing sales role.
- Preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Consistent closing abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Consultative selling skills.
- Strong knowledge of market, customer, distribution, and product.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with sales/marketing of diagnostic products to primary care providers.
- Product launch planning and execution experience.
- Familiarity with primary care practice landscape in territory.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within assigned territory required.
