Arista is growing in LatAm, and we seek top professionals to join our sales organization. We are building an industry-leading sales team charted with taking our industry-recognized achievements in Data Center into market adjacencies including Campus/Edge, Wide-Area Networking, and Zero-Trust Networking.
This role will be extended as a full-time employee for Mexico. For someone based in Columbia, the role would be a contract role on a B2B basis initially, but over time may convert to a full-time position.
What You’ll Do
- Scheduling and managing regional events.
- Responding to inbound leads and quote requests.
- Supporting purchase order processing & inventory allocation.
- Managing channel partners (recruiting, onboarding, enabling).
- Convey Arista's value proposition to executives and technical staff.
- Practice self-development for potential growth into Account or Channel Management.
Qualifications
- Participate in business cadence (meetings, QBRs).
- Plan, schedule, and manage regional customer/partner events.
- Recruit, enlist, and enable new partners.
- Manage Channel Partners by developing executive relationships.
- Develop and leverage executive relationships to increase Arista's mindshare.
- Build, administer, manage and/or deliver accreditation training.
- Provide oversight of partner program tools (MDF, NFR, incentives).
