- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft well-reasoned written arguments and communications
- Handle a high-volume caseload with precision and efficiency
- Provide legal analysis and counsel regarding risks and outcomes in civil litigation and collections
- Negotiate with opposing counsel to resolve cases effectively
- Travel as needed to courts across Virginia to represent clients in hearings and proceedings
- Report outcomes and activity regularly to the Managing Attorney
