Full-Time Senior Corporate Counsel, Legal – M&A

• Drive the successful execution of M&A transactions and strategic investments.
• Lead and/or assist in legal due diligence.
• Draft, review, and negotiate core transaction documents.
• Provide clear, practical, and timely legal guidance across the deal lifecycle.
• Ensure coordinated, efficient deal execution.
• Support post-closing activities when needed.
• Help scale our M&A function efficiently.

• Broad and demonstrated knowledge of M&A.
• At least 5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Ability to work effectively across functions.
• Practical, solutions-oriented problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and proactive, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with enterprise software, data-driven workflows, automation, or AI tools.
• Experience with commercial contracting.
• Familiarity with strategic and venture capital investments.
• Experience in cross-border transactions.
