Job Details
We’re looking for a Senior Counsel, Global Channels and Professional Services to join Procore’s Legal, Regulatory & Compliance (LRC) Department. In this role, you’ll work closely with Procore’s Channel leadership to stand up a global channel program and guide complex transactions. You’ll also support Procore’s Professional Services organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as legal subject matter expert for Procore’s channel programs and professional services offerings.
- Structure, draft, and negotiate complex strategic partnership, channel, and services agreements.
- Provide practical, commercial guidance and compliance advice to global Sales executives.
- Develop, maintain and continuously refine templates, playbooks, fallback guides, guidelines, research files, FAQs, policies, processes, procedures, and other tools.
- Deliver training and education to the Professional Services and Channels organizations.
- Stay informed and advise on the impacts of relevant new and proposed regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be admitted, active, and in good standing with the state bar.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Extensive experience developing, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial and SaaS global channel partner agreements.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models, global antitrust and competition law.
- Comfortable negotiating data privacy agreements, including a working knowledge of global privacy laws.
