Motus is hiring a Director, Legal to support all aspects of its fast-growing, data-driven business.
As Director, Legal, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and protecting Motus’s business as it scales.
- Lead commercial contracting
- Provide counsel across SaaS transactions, data privacy, and emerging technologies such as AI and fintech.
- Touch areas like M&A, regulatory compliance, product development, and international expansion
You’ll serve as a trusted advisor across the organization, driving contract negotiations, mitigating risk, and ensuring operational excellence while enabling innovation and speed.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of legal experience across law firm and in-house environments, with deep expertise in SaaS contracting, data protection, and privacy law (CCPA, GDPR).
Experience in fintech/payments, marketing, or commercial litigation is a plus.
