Full-Time Associate Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive the development and promotion of Renesas' Partner Ecosystem by identifying, engaging, and collaborating with strategic partners across North America.

The role focuses on creating impactful marketing strategies, leveraging digital platforms, and showcasing innovative partner solutions to expand Renesas' reach and influence in the semiconductor and technology markets.

Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out and identify potential North American partners aligned with the mission and vision of Renesas Partner Ecosystem.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner companies.
• Maximize Renesas silicon contents on Partner's board for joint GTM (Go-to-Market)
• Collaborate with partners to develop and support joint marketing plans.
• Promote partner solutions through Renesas sales team, tradeshows, regional Tech Day, etc.
• Develop marketing materials and messaging to promote partner success stories.
• Support the partner activities in Taiwan, South Korea, etc.
• Support the partner solution promotion on Renesas.com

Must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Prior experience in the Semiconductor Industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Relationship building skills
• Stakeholder management skills
• Project management skills
• Collaboration skills

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.

Renesas offers a full range of elective benefits.

Expected annual pay range: $60,500 - $91,000.

Bonus pay is possible.
