Full-Time Associate Sales Engineer - Aluminum

• Manage and grow assigned sales territory accounts.
• Create mutually beneficial working relationships with customers.
• Identify decision makers for initiating the sales process.
• Negotiate pricing and supply agreements with customers.
• Provide technical support and resolutions to customers.
• Solicit sales of new products and prepare quotations.
• Maintain awareness of competitors’ activities.
• Prospect new customers and prepare pricing.
• Develop and prepare customer purchase agreements.
• Review agreement levels versus actual performance.
• Assist to resolve customer accounts receivable issues.
• Present internal and customer technical presentations.
• Meet/exceed sales and gross profit targets.
• Strategize with management on sales tactics.

• Regularly visit customers for building rapport, training, and selling.
• Gather data, draft and price quotes, and prepare reports.
• Set final new prices, margins, and quotations within company pricing guidelines.
• Field customer calls, handle orders, and respond to inquiries.
• Partner with customer service, operations, and supply chain.
• Field and resolve customer complaints.
• Research and address customer problems and requests.
• Establish positive relationships with internal sales engineers, operations, vendors, and suppliers.
