What you will be responsible for:

• Develop new customers via prospecting and following leads.
• Plan and coordinate product training for surgeons (didactic and cadaveric).
• Develop enduring relationships with customers.
• Attend trade shows and labs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key account personnel.
• Provide feedback to marketing on product design.
• Collect purchase orders.
• Ensure trays are delivered, retrieved, and maintained for surgeries.
• Engage customers in the Physician Outreach Program.

What you will bring to the role:

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and 2+ years successful sales experience (field experience preferred) OR Bachelor's degree and 1+ year successful sales experience (field experience preferred).
• Ability to travel locally (up to 90%) and overnight (up to 20%).
• Hospital credentialing (Reptrax, etc.).
• Valid driver's license and insurance.
