The ideal candidate will be barred and experienced in Washington state; Oregon license a plus.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Represent employers and insurance carriers in defense of Workers’ Compensation claims.
- Prepare and argue motions, including summary judgment motions in both state and federal courts.
- Conduct and defend depositions.
- Manage and direct cases to final resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Stay updated on Workers Compensation law, trends and case laws.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to the bar in Washington state
- Minimum of 3 years of Workers’ Compensation Defense experience.
- Excellent research, writing and advocacy skills.
