Job Details
We’re looking for a Business Advisor / Field Support Specialist to be the go-to coach for Signarama franchise owners in your region. You’ll be part strategist, part motivator, and part superhero — helping our stores boost sales, sharpen operations, and level up their marketing game.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Visit franchise locations to see what’s working.
- Help owners fine-tune operations, marketing, and sales strategies.
- Dig into P&Ls, uncover growth opportunities, and set smart goals.
- Guide franchisees through marketing campaigns, training programs, and technical setups.
- Be the bridge between franchise owners and our corporate support team.
- Celebrate wins, troubleshoot challenges, and keep everyone moving forward.
- Travel about 50% of the time.
Specific qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Business Advisor in a related industry.
- Proficiency in analyzing budgets and P&L statements.
- Knowledge of retail marketing strategies and branding.
- Experience in project management.
- Ability to advise on labor, vendor/supplier procurement challenges.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of retail, marketing, and operations.
- Confidence reading financials.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with new tools.
- A valid driver’s license, insurance.
