Transworld Business Advisors is seeking a dynamic Operations Advisor to provide hands-on support to franchise offices across the West Coast and Internationally.

- Franchise Office Launch Support: Travel to new franchise locations, assist with securing listing appointments, advise on office setup and agent hiring.
- Ongoing Franchise Support: Visit established offices, review financials, offer hands-on assistance.
- Training & Systems Enablement: Train franchisees on systems and business model.
- Field Insights & Collaboration: Report field observations.
- Team Engagement: Represent Transworld at conferences and meetings.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or 4 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 4 years of professional sales experience.
- Experience in business brokerage preferred.
- Strong financial literacy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with MS Office and CRM platforms.
- Valid driver’s license, passport, and credit card.
