Business Development Manager (EMEA) is responsible for defining, prospecting, managing high-value corporate/non-traditional partnerships and developing long-term strategies to secure multi-year strategic partnerships in EMEA. They will develop strong networks to drive customer and revenue growth, increase EMEA Alliances market share, and manage go-to-market activities aligned to country/region needs. This role is an individual contributor and revenue focused.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing partnerships directly: ensure partner compliance, regularly meet with partners to address issues and expand partnerships, liaise with partners during peak services delivery, and provide internal/external reports on partnership status, issues, and revenue forecasts.
- Plan and implement sales strategies for greenfield, market entry, and new clients, leveraging market knowledge to convey product value proposition and positioning.
- Lead challenging deal negotiations end-to-end, combining business, strategy, finance, marketing, product, and legal concepts.
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities across various industries, building business cases.
- Conduct partner enablement driving partner success.
- Work closely with internal teams to close critical deals.
- Manage partner sales pipeline and processes.
- Negotiate commercial terms with contracts up to C-level executives.
- Work with direct sales teams on the ground and contribute to regional growth.
- Contribute to and support overall Alliance team GTM strategy development and execution.
