This role funnels leads to a sales representative for qualification and closing. It's a lead generation role, not responsible for further sales steps.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage proven prospecting techniques to contact potential clients in financial services, insurance, utilities, mortgages, and retirement services.
- Generate interest in discovery meetings with RRD Sales Executives.
- Identify multiple contact points within target lists and position product/service value to encourage discovery meetings.
- Conduct online research to understand prospect and contact point business objectives to better position RRD services.
- Generate a high-value sales pipeline for Healthcare accounts through strategic and targeted prospecting.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop prospect lists.
- Develop and manage a prospect pipeline and provide excellent customer experience.
- Effectively transition leads to account executives after the first discovery meeting.
- Actively utilize Salesforce for all lead generation activities.
- Meet with Sales Leaders to evaluate strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field.
- 2+ years of sales and telemarketing experience, emphasizing cold calling.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Goal-oriented, persuasive, self-motivated, independent worker.
- Experience with cold calling and Salesforce CRM.
- Comfortable using multiple channels (email, phone, social media, mail) to reach contact points.
- Ability to position RRD services to different contact points within a prospect account.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Results-driven, persistent, persuasive, strong prospecting skills, excellent telephone sales, business need solving, objection handling, resiliency, and ability to handle rejections.
- Proven ability to close new business.
Compensation:
National pay range: $43,900 - $77,200 per year. Pay may vary based on location, education, skills, experience, performance, and other factors. Compensation may include bonuses, commissions, and incentives.
