This role funnels leads to a sales representative for qualification and closing.It's a lead generation role for the Donnelley Solutions Group (DSG).
Responsibilities:
- Leverage prospecting techniques to contact potential clients in financial services, insurance, utilities, mortgages, and retirement services.
- Generate interest in discovery meetings with RRD Sales Executives.
- Identify multiple contact points within target accounts and present value proposition to encourage discovery meetings.
- Conduct online research to understand prospect and contact point business objectives.
- Generate a high-value sales pipeline for Healthcare accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop prospect lists.
- Develop and manage a prospect pipeline and provide excellent customer experience.
- Effectively transition leads to account executives after discovery meetings.
- Utilize Salesforce for all lead generation activities.
- Meet with Sales Leaders to evaluate strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales and telemarketing experience, emphasizing cold calling.
- Commercial print or direct mail printing experience preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Goal-oriented, persuasive, self-motivated, independent worker.
- Experience with cold calling and Salesforce CRM.
- Comfortable using multiple channels (email, phone, social media, mail).
- Position RRD services to different contact points within accounts.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Independent worker.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Results-driven, persistent, persuasive, strong telephone sales skills.
- Understand business needs, objection handling skills, ability to close new business, resiliency, and ability to handle rejections.
- Professionalism.
