We are seeking a driven and proactive Business Development Representative to be the frontline voice of our client, focused on identifying opportunities and driving new business in the Cybersecurity and DevOps sectors.
This role is critical to filling the sales funnel, building relationships, and securing qualified leads for consulting solutions and global workforce management services.
You will:
- Execute targeted marketing campaigns.
- Engage in initial outreach.
- Connect with decision-makers to position us as a trusted partner.
Requirements
- Sales: Develop and execute a multi-channel sales outreach strategy (email, phone, LinkedIn) targeting ICP companies with annual revenue +100M and employees +500, focusing on Cybersecurity/networking/cloud.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales KPIs (lead generation, meetings booked, closed contracts).
- Marketing: Create and execute marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Update marketing collateral (case studies, email templates, social media content).
