The Opportunity: The Regional Business Development Representative will focus on the Hospitality vertical. Assist sales management with administrative tasks: monthly report prep, research target info, update account/contact/opportunity info in Salesforce, execute sales projects, and daily/weekly/quarterly/annual tasks.
Ideal candidate: Stellar writing, creative flair, strong internal relationships, comfortable contacting hospitality customers.
Challenges:
- Accurate & timely data entry & validation for regional sales strategy
- Telephone calls & email correspondence, directing to assigned properties
- Weekly average of 200+ outreach
- Administrative duties (scheduling meetings, demos, webinars, team reporting)
- Weekly average of 3-5 demonstrations
- Demonstrate solutions online with customers/prospects
- Contribute $500 monthly recurring revenue
- Administrative/business support to drive sales & retain customers
- Contact research based on assigned accounts
- Collaborate with sales/marketing to create sales materials
- Initiate communication, identify key decision makers (research, cold calling, emailing)
- Manage & follow up with leads from trade shows, webinars, website
- Coordinate/create special reports/projects
- Work with regional account team on target accounts, create new opportunities, quarterly Sales Plan
Other duties: Ability to travel; daily interaction with VP of Sales, AM, AE; attend weekly meetings, take/distribute/file meeting minutes; special assignments.
Here's What We're Looking For:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Hospitality, Business, Marketing preferred)
- Hospitality industry, sales administration experience preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal/customer service skills
- Strong technical skills (Salesforce, GoToMeeting, Office 365)
- High energy, self-motivated, ambitious personality

Salary range: $40,000-$45,000 (US) + commission, RSU, benefits.
