Full-Time Business Development Representative

• Engage and consult with sports administrators to improve their organizations with SportsEngine software.
• Create interest with customers via phone, email, text, video calls, and other forms of communication.
• Own your results and maintain high daily effort standards.
• Gain advanced product and market knowledge.
• Build trusting relationships with Sales Representatives.
• Collaborate with the entire sales team.
• Maintain accurate daily record of sales activity using Salesforce and Outreach.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 1+ years’ experience in sales, a plus
• Demonstrated passion for sales, learning, and growth
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic to effectively manage your time
• Demonstrated multi-tasking abilities
• Empathetic, solutions-oriented and a true passion to serve customers
• A self-starter who embraces change; a problem solver and team player
• Help develop and deliver outreach strategies to create sales opportunities

• Demonstrated ability to accept coaching and feedback
• Experience collaborating with and supporting colleagues
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership thinking
• Previous customer service, support or client facing experience
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM (Strongly Preferred)
• College degree or equivalent experience
• Understanding/experience with sales engagement platforms such as Tout, Outreach, or SalesLoft
