Business Development Representative at Revalize
Plays a critical role in growing the business. Focuses on developing qualified prospects for the sales process through:
- Cold-calling
- Referral network nurturing
- Partner channel development
- Marketing and social media program management
Responsibilities:
- Adherence to service level agreements for lead follow-up, brand messaging, process adherence, and KPI tracking/reporting.
- Participation in sales skills development, enablement, and coaching programs.
- Development of target prospect lists and execution of cold outreach to key accounts.
- Management of social media tools for prospect management.
- Prospect connection to discover challenges and needs; highlighting Revalize's solutions.
- Generation of qualified leads and scheduling meetings with Account Executives.
- Pipeline management and accurate Salesforce data entry for forecasting.
- Utilization of technology stack for enhanced prospecting: intent predictive models, sales enablement software, email automation, data enrichment, and CRM/cloud solutions.
Tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, 6Sense, Ring Lead, Zoom Info, Seismic, Live Social, and others.
Experience: 0-2 years in a B2B inside business development or inside sales role. Recent graduates welcome.
Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Communication: Confident, clear, succinct communication in English and German (written and verbal).
Skills: Highly organized, ability to multitask, excellent interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills: Prior experience with Salesforce and Outreach.io.
Assessment: 30-minute online assessment required.
