Business Development Representative at Revalize

Role Summary:

Plays a critical role in growing Revalize's business.

Focuses on developing qualified prospects for the sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow lead follow-up protocol & brand messaging.
  • Adhere to business system processes.
  • Track and report KPIs.
  • Participate in sales skills development, enablement, and coaching.
  • Develop target prospect lists and execute cold outreach.
  • Manage social media tools for prospect management.
  • Connect with prospects to understand challenges and needs.
  • Present Revalize as the right solution.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings.
  • Manage pipeline and provide accurate Salesforce data for forecasting.
  • Utilize technology stack including intent predictive models, sales enablement software, email nurture automation, and CRM/cloud solutions.

Tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, 6Sense, Ring Lead, Zoom Info, Seismic, Live Social.

Experience: 0-2 years in B2B Inside Business Development or Inside Sales.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (English & German, written and verbal)
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
  • Experience with Salesforce and Outreach.io (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes

Assessment: A 30-minute online assessment is required.
