Business Development Representative at Revalize
Role Summary:
Plays a critical role in growing Revalize's business.
Focuses on developing qualified prospects for the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Follow lead follow-up protocol & brand messaging.
- Adhere to business system processes.
- Track and report KPIs.
- Participate in sales skills development, enablement, and coaching.
- Develop target prospect lists and execute cold outreach.
- Manage social media tools for prospect management.
- Connect with prospects to understand challenges and needs.
- Present Revalize as the right solution.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings.
- Manage pipeline and provide accurate Salesforce data for forecasting.
- Utilize technology stack including intent predictive models, sales enablement software, email nurture automation, and CRM/cloud solutions.
Tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, 6Sense, Ring Lead, Zoom Info, Seismic, Live Social.
Experience: 0-2 years in B2B Inside Business Development or Inside Sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Strong communication skills (English & German, written and verbal)
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Experience with Salesforce and Outreach.io (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes
