Job Details

The Business Development Representative at Revalize plays a critical role in growing our business.

This position focuses on developing qualified prospects for the sales process through:

  • Cold-calling
  • Referral network nurturing
  • Partner channel development
  • Managing various marketing and social media programs to cultivate prospects for deeper qualification.

Responsibilities:

  • Commit to and deliver on standard service level agreements regarding lead follow-up, brand messaging, business process adherence, and KPI tracking/reporting.
  • Participate in sales skills development, enablement programs, and coaching to improve existing skill-level and output.
  • Develop target prospect lists and execute cold outreach to leaders at select accounts.
  • Manage various social media tools for prospect management (inbound/outbound).
  • Connect with prospects to understand their challenges and needs, and provide information about how Revalize can help.
  • Generate qualified leads and set meetings with Account Executives.
  • Manage a pipeline and provide accurate data in Salesforce for forecasting.
  • Utilize a full suite of tech solutions (Salesforce, HubSpot, 6Sense, RingLead, ZoomInfo, Seismic, LiveSocial, etc.) for prospecting, intent prediction, sales enablement, email automation, data enrichment, and CRM/cloud solutions.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years experience in a B2B Inside Business Development or Inside Sales role (recent graduates welcome).
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Confident, clear, and succinct communication style in English and German (written and verbal).
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce and Outreach.io preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills across all company levels.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
