About the RoleSearchStax is seeking a results-driven and proactive Business Development Representative to join our sales team. As a BDR, you will generate qualified sales leads. This role contributes directly to sales pipeline growth.
What You Will Do
- Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
- Develop and execute personalized outreach campaigns using SalesLoft, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects.
- Leverage Gong to analyze conversations.
- Attend events and contribute to pipeline opportunities.
What You Must Have
- 1-3 years experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo.
- Ability to develop tailored messaging.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Experience/familiarity with Healthcare or Higher Education sectors a plus.
- Knowledge of B2B SaaS or technology solutions a plus.
