Full-Time Business Development Representative

About the RoleSearchStax is seeking a results-driven and proactive Business Development Representative to join our sales team. As a BDR, you will generate qualified sales leads. This role contributes directly to sales pipeline growth.

What You Will Do

• Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
• Develop and execute personalized outreach campaigns using SalesLoft, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects.
• Leverage Gong to analyze conversations.
• Attend events and contribute to pipeline opportunities.

What You Must Have

• 1-3 years experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo.
• Ability to develop tailored messaging.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Experience/familiarity with Healthcare or Higher Education sectors a plus.
• Knowledge of B2B SaaS or technology solutions a plus.
