ShopMy's Business Development Rep (BDR) is part of a high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities:
- New Client Acquisition: Generate qualified leads, exceeding quota.
- Account Executive Support: Document prospect details (pain points, budgets, etc.) for successful demos.
- Creative Research & Targeting Strategy: Identify accounts and plan territories, conduct prospect research.
- Pipeline Management: Manage HubSpot CRM data for accuracy.
Skills and Attributes:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years of B2B outbound sales experience
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Interest in early-stage startup sales
- Team-first mentality
- Enterprise/SaaS/Cloud industry experience (preferred)
- Understanding of influencer marketing
Compensation: $65,000 base salary + uncapped commission.
