Full-Time Business Development Representative (Marketing)

• Initiate client contact using proven prospecting techniques for marketing.
• Align with the Marketing line of business.
• Generate interest in discovery meetings with Sales Executives.
• Identify contact points, position the value proposition of products/services.
• Conduct online research to understand prospect business objectives.
• Generate a high-value sales pipeline for Healthcare accounts through targeted prospecting.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop target prospects.
• Develop and run a pipeline of prospects.
• Transition leads to account executives smoothly.
• Actively use Salesforce for lead generation activities.
• Meet with Sales Leaders to evaluate strategy.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales and telemarketing with cold calling emphasis.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Goal-oriented, persuasive, self-motivated, and independent.
• Experience with cold calling and Salesforce CRM.
• Comfortable using multiple communication channels (email, phone, social media, mail).
• Ability to position RRD services to different contact points.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
