Business Development Representative (BDR)

The Business Information Services BDR team is a fast-growing team supporting the Business Development group.

As a BDR, you will find decision-makers, explain Experian's offerings, and schedule introductory calls.

Your role is crucial for providing excellent client experiences.

  • Develop industry and location-based accounts
  • Schedule appointments for Account Executives
  • Manage account contact lists
  • Strategize email, calls, and social media outreach (prospecting)
  • Manage sales pipeline by vetting, qualifying, and prioritizing
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Experian's products and services
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, marketing, and sales leadership

Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 base salary, plus unlimited commission.

Location: Remote in the US, with opportunities to visit corporate offices in Austin, TX, Franklin, TN, Schaumburg, IL, Boston, MA, and Costa Mesa, CA.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (outbound or SDR/BDR)
  • Proven success meeting/exceeding sales goals
  • Experience in financial services or data/technology
  • Proficiency with prospecting tools (SalesForce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, 6Sense)
  • Highly motivated, coachable, adaptable to change
  • Willingness to participate in professional development
