Business Development Representative (BDR)
The Business Information Services BDR team is a fast-growing team supporting the Business Development group.
As a BDR, you will find decision-makers, explain Experian's offerings, and schedule introductory calls.
Your role is crucial for providing excellent client experiences.
- Develop industry and location-based accounts
- Schedule appointments for Account Executives
- Manage account contact lists
- Strategize email, calls, and social media outreach (prospecting)
- Manage sales pipeline by vetting, qualifying, and prioritizing
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Experian's products and services
- Collaborate with Account Executives, marketing, and sales leadership
Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 base salary, plus unlimited commission.
Location: Remote in the US, with opportunities to visit corporate offices in Austin, TX, Franklin, TN, Schaumburg, IL, Boston, MA, and Costa Mesa, CA.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (outbound or SDR/BDR)
- Proven success meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Experience in financial services or data/technology
- Proficiency with prospecting tools (SalesForce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, 6Sense)
- Highly motivated, coachable, adaptable to change
- Willingness to participate in professional development
