Our Business Development Representative team generates interest in Jitterbit's product offerings. They provide advice and solutions to complex problems using business acumen. This role suits someone who thrives in a rapid-growth environment and is eager to grow Jitterbit’s customer base by consulting prospective clients.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Get up to speed with Jitterbit processes and tools.
- Learn and explain what Jitterbit does and share information with prospects.
- Define and use tailored messages for the targeted audience.
- Meet monthly goals and work collaboratively with sales and marketing.
- Outbound: Place 360 calls and 70 tailored emails weekly to generate 12 Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) per month.
- Document & communicate status and identify key trends.
- Strong execution skills around Jitterbit’s Go-To-Market strategy.
- Bachelor degree
- 1-2 years of sales experience as a BDR selling SaaS, including cold-calling
- Knowledge and passion for cloud based products, technology and SaaS
- A competitive, rapid growth mindset
- A continuous improvement mindset
