About the Role: Extreme Networks is seeking driven Business Development Representatives to generate sales opportunities. This is a 100% remote role.
Impact:
- Schedule discovery meetings with target personas and decision-makers.
- Develop meaningful relationships with Account Executives and Sales Leadership.
- Qualify prospects, understanding their business needs and pain points, and articulate Extreme's impact.
- Strategically source, research, and execute prospecting strategy by identifying target accounts.
- Conduct multi-channel follow-up (phone, email, social).
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of business development or sales development experience (preferred), demonstrating quota achievement OR related experience in another industry.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Exceptional relationship-building skills
- Resilience to handle rejection
- Curiosity to learn about technology, sales, and prospect challenges
- Coachability and willingness to improve skills
