Full-Time Civil Litigation Attorney

A mid-sized defense firm in Seattle is seeking an Associate Attorney or Of Counsel to join their busy practice. This role will primarily involve Civil Defense Litigation and requires the individual to be licensed in Washington or Oregon (dual licensure a plus). This is a remote role and offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional.

Responsibilities:
• Engage in civil defense litigation and provide counsel to parties in various pre-dispute and dispute resolution contexts
• Manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
• Work cooperatively and efficiently with paralegals and assistants
• Participate in depositions, discovery, arbitrations, and jury trials
• Handle insurance and extra-contractual litigation
• Maintain highest standards of ethics and professional integrity
• Be responsible for scheduling depositions and defending them
