As a Client Partner Lead for the Financial Services & Insurance segment, you will own the strategy, revenue goals, and client relationships across your portfolio. You’ll build and maintain long-term partnerships, ensure client satisfaction, and drive account growth. You’ll guide a team of Client Partners, supporting them in developing account strategies, sharing industry insights, and meeting performance goals.
Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Presales, Legal, and Finance, you’ll help shape the strategic direction of our initiatives in the Financial Services & Insurance space.
- Industry Strategy and Market Leadership: Define and drive the Financial Services & Insurance (FSI) industry strategy, aligning with market trends, regulations, and technologies. Act as a thought leader, representing Accesa in external forums.
- Client Relationship Management and Growth: Own strategic client relationships, ensuring proactive communication, issue resolution, and strategic alignment. Develop and maintain client plans focusing on long-term growth, cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and pipeline management.
- Sales Enablement and Commercial Oversight: Oversee sales and proposal development, ensuring offers are aligned with client needs, profitability targets, and compliance. Partner with Delivery to manage project scope, pricing, and account profitability.
- People Leadership and Talent Development: Lead and coach a team of Client Partners, building capabilities in strategic account management and consultative selling. Drive performance through clear goals, feedback cycles, and professional development.
- Operational Excellence and Governance: Manage budgets, ensure accurate CRM reporting, and foster a data-driven approach to decision-making and forecasting. Implement continuous improvement based on client feedback.
- Client Satisfaction and Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Monitor and improve client satisfaction metrics, facilitating executive-level reviews. Support delivery handovers and turn satisfied clients into advocates.
Deep Industry Knowledge: Proven expertise in the IT sector, specifically in Financial Services and/or Insurance.
Strategic Thinking & Planning: Translating market data, client feedback, and emerging tech trends into a clear strategy.
Proven Client Relationship Management: Building trust-based relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
People Leadership: Leading, mentoring, and coaching teams focused on consultative sales and account management.
Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills: Influencing senior stakeholders, creating concise presentations, and delivering persuasive proposals.
Project Delivery Awareness: Familiar with delivery lifecycles.
Stakeholder Management: Navigating large, complex organizations, prioritizing multiple stakeholders, and resolving escalations.
Language Skills: Proficient in German and English.
