Job Details
Provide post-sales customer contact for inbound order fulfillment of print and print-related services and/or kitting.
Execute print/kitting/distribution orders from customers received through online systems or direct contact.
Responsibilities:
- May serve as lead service professional for customer and internal stakeholders, participating or leading client meetings/business reviews.
- Provide support to sales/customers responding to client inquiries.
- Handle customer concerns/issues (dispute management, invoice reconciliation, etc.)
- Provide proof of delivery and order status.
- Engage internal and external customers to gather job requirements.
- Translate customer requirements into manufacturing/kitting instructions.
- Provide shipping/postal instructions for standard and complex products.
- Lead efforts to provide process documentation, workflows, and job aids.
- Suggest workflow/process improvements to maximize benefits.
- Provide quality review of your work and others' work to ensure accuracy.
- Process orders and change notices (including delivery commitments and freight quotes).
- Verify job instructions, pricing, and quotes.
- Perform pricing and generate quotes.
- Verify composition or perform copy prep.
- Manage client inventory item maintenance and produce/analyze reports.
- Coordinate corrections/changes during work-in-process.
- May train and mentor other staff.
- Lead corrective action process (investigative root cause and actionable improvements).
- Make recommendations to management regarding issues.
- Data entry responsibilities, setting up new items and managing current inventories.
- Act as a communication link between external customer and internal departments.
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects.
Qualifications:
- HS diploma or equivalent with 3+ years relevant experience.
- Excellent knowledge of functional areas.
- Apply policies, procedures, regulations, and program objectives.
- May provide oversight of junior staff work.
- Advanced knowledge of technology (computers, software programs like MS Office or MAC).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage deadlines.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
Salary: $39,100 - $54,700/year (may vary by location).
