Full-Time Clinical Territory Associate

Primary Function: Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a developmental role partnering with the Allentown, PA team to gain knowledge in technical, clinical, and sales aspects.

Essential Job Duties:

• Assists sales representatives with surgeon trainings and territory management.
• Guides technical in-services for customers.
• Sells benefits of advanced technology to robotic users.
• Gains experience in goal setting and attaining.
• Manages administrative tasks: reporting sales/procedures, outcomes, expense reports.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 1-year leadership (military) or 1 year of outside sales experience required
• Ability to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends as needed

Required Education and Training:

• Bachelor’s degree required
