Full-Time Clinical Territory Associate

Primary Function: The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a 24+ month developmental role partnering with the Allentown, PA team.

Essential Job Duties:

• Assists sales representatives with surgeon trainings and robotic development.
• Guides technical in-services for customers.
• Sells benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users.
• Gains experience in goal setting and attaining in preparation for a quota-bearing role.
• Manages administrative tasks: reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, submission of expense reports.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 1-year leadership (military) or 1 year of outside sales experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends as needed.

Required Education and Training:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
