Primary Function: The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a 24+ month developmental role partnering with the Ft Wayne team to gain knowledge in technical, clinical, and sales aspects of the business.
Essential Job Duties:
- Assists sales representatives with surgeon trainings and hospital robotic development.
- Guides technical in-services for customers, including OR staff and surgeons.
- Sells benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users.
- Gains experience in goal setting and attaining for a quota-bearing role.
- Manages administrative tasks, including reporting sales/procedures and expense reports.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 1 year leadership (military) or outside sales experience.
- Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends.
Required Education and Training:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
