Hourly Rate: $29/hour, benefits eligible
Position Overview: This role helps the organization meet revenue goals, working with strategy, commercial operations, marketing, and business development teams. The program provides exposure to EVERSANA and the pharmaceutical industry.
Essential Duties:
- 12-month program with 4 rotations (3 months each), potential for permanent placement.
- Rotations through Strategy, Commercial Operations, Business Development, and Marketing departments.
- Training phase before rotations: EVERSANA capabilities, processes, and the pharmaceutical industry.
- Activities during rotations will vary based on department (e.g., strategic planning, market analysis, pricing, budgeting, sales process, lead generation, brand building, etc.).
- Capstone Project presentation at the end of the program.
- Placement assistance in a suitable EVERSANA role for successful associates.
- Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Expectations:
- Travel (10-15%)
- 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Detail-oriented
- Organized, understanding of complex information and documents
- Ability to multi-task and collaborate
- Self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Physical/Mental Demands:
