Full-Time Contract Review Counsel

• Review outside counsel guidelines and vendor contracts.
• Identify possible compliance issues and recommend modifications.
• Interact with internal subject matter experts and partners.
• Draft written communications with clients and vendors.
• Participate in dialogue with clients and vendors to achieve mutually agreeable terms.
• Oversee collection of executed guidelines and contracts.
• Contribute to risk management projects.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to provide quality client service.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and with others.
• Demonstrated knowledge of standard contract law principles.
• General knowledge regarding principles associated with anti-money laundering laws and regulations.
