Job Summary Assist in driving the continued development of a best-in-class ABAC program to address risks under the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other global ABAC laws, rules, and regulations. Providing critical legal advice that influences strategic decisions and operational practices.
What you get to do in this role:
- Leverage data and analytics for Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) indicators of effectiveness as articulated by regulatory authorities and advise on programmatic enhancements.
- Develop and launch tailored micro-burst trainings to target key ABAC issues.
- Maintain and update the Anti-Corruption Policy Monitor changes in ABAC compliance-related laws, regulations, and government enforcement initiatives.
- Develop and launch enhancements in events and entertainment practices, T&E processes, and government sales considerations.
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
- Juris Doctor degree and admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Experience developing and managing ABAC programs, including developing policies, procedures, and training materials.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department of a technology company.
- In-depth knowledge of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other global ABAC requirements and government expectations.
- Ability to provide critical legal advice that influences strategic decisions and operational practices.
- Experience with SaaS and channel sales partners.
- Ability to understand complex issues, assess risk, and provide concise legal advice.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to convey complex legal concepts in an understandable manner and build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders over multiple geographical locations.
- Passion for fostering a culture of integrity and ethical behavior
Preferred Qualification Experience with FCPA investigations and the defense of government investigations
