Prompt is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts:
- Customer agreements (SaaS, licensing, service terms)
- Vendor and supplier contracts
- NDAs, BAAs
- Partner and reseller agreements
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product teams.
- Advise on contract interpretation, risk mitigation, and compliance.
- Maintain/improve contract templates and negotiation processes.
- Support legal operations and contract management systems.
- Stay current on SaaS, data privacy, and healthcare compliance laws.
Ideal candidates have:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Bar admission in good standing
- 3+ years of commercial contracts experience, preferably in SaaS or healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and risk allocation.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Practical business judgment.
