Job Details
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, providing product/service information and resolving customer problems accurately and efficiently. Excellent customer service abilities, a proven track record, strong phone etiquette and communication skills, experience with CRM systems, and a customer-oriented approach to different personalities are essential. You must be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficiency in English, strong data entry skills, computer skills, and outbound calling experience are also valuable.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through communication
- Provide accurate information using proper methods/tools
- Meet sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, offer solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Record customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents
- Adhere to communication procedures and policies
- Engage customers beyond expectations
