Your Responsibilities:
- Build, retain, and expand customer base.
- Work closely with Account Executives and Technical Account Managers.
- Ensure customer success and achieve business goals.
- Consultative mindset to leverage Cupix's technology solutions.
- Create long-lasting partnerships and custom ROI analysis.
- Become a Cupix product expert.
- Understand customer goals and translate needs.
- Communicate setup requirements and expectations.
- Train customers on Cupix software and best practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues as first point of contact.
- Record customer needs, requests, and questions in CRM.
- Leverage feedback for continuous improvement.
- Retain and grow customers, mitigate risk.
- Build trust and relationships with champions and executives.
- Conduct virtual or on-site use case reviews.
- Identify and forecast risk and growth opportunities.
- Identify product improvements by staying current on customer needs, industry trends, and competitor developments.
- Travel to client sites (20%+).
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years construction experience (preferably B2B software, AEC, or 3D reality capture).
- Experience with AEC software (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ACC).
- Experience with 4D/5D simulation software (Navisworks, Synchro, Assemble Systems).
- Reality capture and photogrammetry experience.
- Deep understanding of recurring revenue business models.
- Goal-oriented, optimistic, proactive, adaptable.
- CRM system experience (plus).
- High-growth startup experience (plus).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Analytical skills, data-driven decision making.
- Collaborative team player and self-starter.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Growth mindset.
