About the Role:As a Customer Success Manager for Canadian Civil Government, you will manage and expand relationships with federal, provincial, and municipal agencies.
You will help customers maximize the value of Planet’s imagery and geospatial solutions, ensuring effective integration of Planet data into their workflows for applications like environmental monitoring, emergency response, and land management.
Impact You’ll Own:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government customers.
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with sales teams for renewals and upsells.
- Facilitate training, onboarding, and best practices on integrating Planet data.
- Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for product improvements.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams.
- Share insights on key accounts and develop future strategies.
What You Bring:
- 4+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related field, ideally serving Canadian government customers.
- Familiarity with GIS, remote sensing, and Earth observation technologies.
- Strong ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to translate customer challenges into solutions.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and technical teams.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Willingness to travel (optional).
What Makes You Stand Out:
- Understanding of Canadian government agencies, procurement, and key initiatives (climate, infrastructure, emergency management).
- Experience with platforms like ArcGIS, QGIS, or Google Earth Engine.
- Fluency in French (optional).
