Marco Polo is a video chat app designed for connecting people. We're looking for a warm, personable, and reliable Customer Support Specialist to assist our members.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries from various channels (Google Play, Apple App Store, email, Instagram).
- Utilize Marco Polo for product expertise and team communication.
- Collect and share user feedback with Product and other teams.
- Work 20-29 hours per week, including Saturdays, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Passion for exceptional customer support.
- Experience supporting consumer products (business experience a plus).
- Ability to quickly identify and resolve customer issues.
- Positive, warm, and friendly attitude.
- Desire to become a Marco Polo product expert.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely.
- Flexible schedule, including Saturdays and off-hours, if needed.
