This position manages the Dashlabs sales process, from generating and funneling qualified leads to nurturing and closing them. Primary responsibility is Indonesia.
- Initiate relationships with leads and secure visits or in-depth introductory calls.
- Assess and qualify leads.
- Prepare and conduct demos based on assessments.
- Handle contract proposals.
- Negotiate pricing and provide detailed demonstrations to leads.
- Close leads by collecting signed contracts and payment.
Residency/work location in Indonesia is required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia are essential.
Must possess excellent communication, critical thinking, and extensive product knowledge.
Ability to handle objections, diverse opinions, and feedback, and strong initiative are critical.
Teamwork and a drive for results are vital. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maximize utilization of resources (e.g., strategies, guidelines, lead needs).
