General Job Duties: Operate all equipment; stock and rotate ingredients; prepare products; receive and process orders (phone/internet); count inventory and complete paperwork; clean equipment and facility.
On-the-job training: Customer service orientation, interactive computer program, and hands-on practice.
Customer service skills: Comprehend and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers (verbally and in writing).
Pizza Delivery skills: Safely operate own vehicle; navigate roads/maps/delivery sites, including adverse terrain (stairs).
Essential skills: Add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately to make correct change (may use calculator).
Physical demands: Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing ladders/stairs, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, grasping; tolerance for varying temperatures/conditions inside and outside.
