Full-Time Digital Advertising Associate

We are seeking highly motivated individuals with strong communication skills to join our team as Digital Advertising Associates. The ideal candidate excels at engaging potential customers, often cold leads, understanding their digital marketing needs and recommending tailored solutions.

Ideal candidates will possess:

• At least 12 months B2B/B2C sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, adept at active listening.
• Proficient in digital tools and platforms.
• Highly organized and able to manage time effectively.
• A customer-centric approach, driven by delivering value.

Responsibilities Include:

• Identifying opportunities to recommend tailored solutions to targeted customers.
• Leading the process of recommending, securing, onboarding, and managing digital advertising solutions.
• Collaborating with product development to ensure solutions meet customer expectations.
• Continuously monitoring campaign performance and providing actionable insights.
• Staying abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and advertising technologies.
• Providing detailed campaign performance reports and recommendations.
• Briefing creative teams on campaign objectives and strategy.

Salary: £26,000 base salary with uncapped commission, OTE £50,000.
