Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Acquisition (80%):
- Develop and implement a sustainable talent acquisition strategy with the VP of HR to support Katalon's long-term growth
- Be the champion in the Market & Talent landscape with data-driven insights
- Be the strategic advisor to Katalon’s Senior leadership team in talent acquisition decision-making.
- Lead the full cycle of recruitment, emphasizing the sourcing and identification of qualified candidates for senior and managerial positions using diverse sourcing methods and networks.
- Enhance candidate experience in the entire candidate journey through reviewing, designing, and continuously improving steps in the recruitment process.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment on talent needs and recruitment strategies.
- Partner with the HR Business Partner team in formalizing data-driven talent dashboards and keeping track of talents’ paths throughout the entire Candidate Journey and Employee Journey.
- Contribute to the Employer Branding strategy to enhance Katalon’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Ensure compliance and proper risk management
Team Management and Leadership (20%):
- Lead, oversee, and supervise the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Represent Katalon at events like career fairs, college events, and networking opportunities to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with global HR leadership to ensure that talent acquisition strategies align with Katalon’s broader organizational objectives.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or similar role within global startup and tech enterprise environments, demonstrating a successful track record in talent acquisition and retention.
Extensive experience with full-cycle recruiting for both tech and non-tech roles, with a solid understanding of industry trends and best practices.
Global hiring experience, particularly in the global C-level & Senior leadership team, is essential.
Proven experience in executive hiring, with a track record of successfully recruiting for senior leadership positions.
Tech-savvy, familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS, sourcing platforms, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
Proficient in various interview techniques and evaluation methods to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
Proactive, open-minded, autonomous, highly responsible, and well-organized, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Data-driven and systematic mindset, with a focus on leveraging data analytics to drive informed decision-making in talent acquisition processes.
