Job Details
Director of Client Services - Strategic liaison for clients and McFadyen Digital. Promote creative work, partner with clients experienced in brand and category innovation/creative marketing technologies. Navigate global, integrated account leadership teams and global brands.
Requires: Strategic thinking, deep understanding of customer engagement, growth, marketing, brand development, building outstanding results; 15-20+ years leadership experience.
Responsibilities:
- Generate profitable revenue.
- Develop and execute Client Service Program.
- Become a valued client resource; understand client business, provide value.
- Identify account spend, budgets and pursue/engage new sponsor relationships to grow accounts.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to develop new offerings.
- Serve as primary point of contact for client account matters.
- Manage contracting processes (new SOWs, renewals, change orders).
- Optimize marketing team efforts to provide valuable content to clients.
- Coordinate sales efforts with internal teams.
- Adhere to sales processes and document progress in CRM.
- Stay updated on industry best practices/trends.
- Continuously improve through coaching/self-feedback.
- Foster community amongst accounts.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business/marketing, demonstrable revenue growth experience, strong leadership/communication/interpersonal skills, strategic and tactical thinking, innovative/creative mindset, strong organizational/time management skills, experience working in fast-paced environments.
Experience with: eCommerce/Marketplace platforms (Oracle Commerce/ATG/Endeca, Magento, Salesforce, SAP, IBM, Mirakl, Channel Advisor), related technologies (PIM, CPQ, CMS, Search, Headless, BI, ERP, Call Center, OMS), and digital marketing/automation tools (Oracle Eloqua, Responsys, BlueKai, Maxymiser, Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, ExactTarget, DotMailer, Mailchimp) a plus.
Experience with: Large systems integrators/consultancies/agencies (Accenture, Deloitte, Publicis Sapient, etc.) a plus. Highly skilled in MS Office.
