The Director of Product Marketing will lead and scale our go-to-market (GTM)-focused product marketing team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a world-class GTM strategy, bringing new innovations to market at scale while refining the messaging and positioning of the Spring Health platform.
The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with deep experience in B2B SaaS, high-growth environments, and high-volume product innovation.
This individual will work cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, revenue enablement, and the broader marketing team to drive adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.
The Director of Product Marketing will build and optimize a scalable GTM process that ensures alignment across stakeholders and delivers consistent, high-impact product launches.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategic Leadership & GTM Execution: Develop and implement a scalable go-to-market (GTM) framework that supports a high volume of product innovations and launches. Partner closely with product management to deeply understand the product roadmap and proactively develop positioning and messaging for new features and offerings.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment across product, sales, customer success, and marketing to drive a unified approach to launching and sustaining product success in the market.
- Establish and track key GTM metrics and KPIs, optimizing processes to drive revenue impact, adoption, and market penetration.
- Messaging & Positioning: Define and evolve the core messaging and value proposition for Spring Health’s platform, ensuring it resonates with key audiences, including employers, health plans, and members.
- Develop compelling storytelling frameworks and strategic narratives that differentiate Spring Health in the market. Ensure consistency in messaging across all touchpoints.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of high-performing product marketers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Establish best-in-class product marketing practices, including standardized GTM playbooks, launch strategies, and enablement resources. Provide thought leadership and coaching.
- Market Insights & Competitive Analysis: Own and drive market research and competitive intelligence, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs, industry trends, and competitor positioning. Partner with research and data teams to uncover actionable insights.
- Revenue and Growth Marketing Enablement: Work closely with audience-focused product marketers to ensure sales and customer success teams are armed with the right content. Create compelling sales narratives, battlecards, pitch decks, and objection-handling guides that support sales execution. Collaborate with the growth marketing team to build content.
