We are seeking a mid-level employment law attorney with 5-7 years of experience.
Role Focus: Management-side employment litigation and counseling, including wage & hour disputes, class actions, restrictive covenants, and executive compensation matters.

- Providing strategic legal counsel to corporate clients on complex employment matters.
- Managing litigation cases efficiently, including depositions, hearings, and motions.

- Represent clients in employment-related litigation (class actions, wage & hour disputes, executive compensation).
- Provide strategic counsel on compliance with employment laws (FLSA, ADA, Title VII, state labor regulations).
- Draft & review employment contracts, non-compete agreements, and workplace policies.
- Conduct legal research, prepare briefs, and present arguments.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on high-profile cases and trial strategy.
- Engage in client counseling and proactive risk mitigation.
- Participate in mentorship, business development, and leadership training.
Education & Licensing: J.D. from accredited law school. Licensed to practice in Illinois or eligible for admission.
Experience & Skills: 5-7 years experience in employment law (management-side). Strong litigation experience, including depositions and trial preparation. Knowledge of wage & hour laws, EEO regulations, and class action litigation. Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Ability to manage multiple complex cases. Strong client advisory and relationship-building skills.
